He emphasized the force’s role as a societal ideal for service and commitment, announcing key welfare measures: a 70% hike in uniform allowance, 25% increase in housing allowance for barrack residents, Rs 47 crore for barrack upgrades benefiting over 25% of the force, and a Rs 1,380 crore corpus fund for police housing maintenance. The event also featured tributes from Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya and national leaders like PM Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah.
