Prime Minister Narendra Modi was felicitated in Numaligarh, Golaghat, Assam, where he inaugurated the Assam Bioethanol Plant at Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL). The plant aims to boost clean energy and reduce dependence on fossil fuels. Modi also laid the foundation stone of the Polypropylene Plant at NRL, which will add major value to Assam’s petrochemical sector and strengthen the state’s industrial growth.
