He contrasted this with his government’s efforts to secure a UNESCO heritage tag for the Chhath festival. The Prime Minister also warned voters against the opposition alliance, defining the era of their past rule as a ‘Jungle Raj’ identified by five things: ‘Katta’ (illegal arms), ‘Krurta’ (cruelty), ‘Kattuta’ (animosity), ‘Kushasan’ (misgovernance), and ‘Corruption’. He positioned the NDA as the only alternative for a developed Bihar, contrasting its vision with the alleged misrule and corruption of the opposition.
