Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Cyprus on Sunday, kicking off a five-day foreign tour that also includes stops in Canada and Croatia. This is Prime Minister’s first overseas visit since India launched Operation Sindoor targeting terror infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir (PoK).
PM Modi was received by President of the Republic of Cyprus Nikos Christodoulides at the airport. The Prime Minister will be in Cyprus for two days from June 15 to 16. This is the first visit to Cyprus by an Indian Prime Minister in over two decades.
