Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday inaugurated the Kartavya Bhawan-03 building at Kartavya Path in New Delhi. Later in the evening, he addressed a public gathering where he reflected on the significance of the occasion. Speaking at the event, PM Modi remarked that “August is the month of revolution” and in the lead-up to Independence Day, the nation is witnessing a series of historic milestones marked by the completion of modern infrastructure projects.
