The Prime Minister directed sharp criticism at the Congress party, accusing it of obstructing these benefits. He specifically cited the Congress government in Himachal, alleging it imposed a new tax on cement, thereby negating the central government’s tax cut. "Congress’s government is still bent on looting you," he stated. The event also saw the launch of a 4G network and the flagging off of the Amrit Bharat Express.
