This comes after a vow, taken on Bihar’s soil following a terrorist attack in Kashmir’s Pehalgam, was declared fulfilled. The speaker stated that no terrorist will be spared, quoting, "aatankwadi chaahe paapal Mein kyon naa chhip jaye Bharat Ki missile unhen dafan karke rahegi" (a terrorist, even if hiding in the netherworld, will be buried by an Indian missile). The address also contrasted the development under the current NDA government with the previous ‘Lalten Raj’, which was accused of fostering Maoism, and forcing migration due to a lack of electricity, education, and employment. The RJD and Congress were criticised for allegedly treating the people of Bihar as a vote bank, with the NDA government positioning itself as a response to this.
