In his speech, the Prime Minister discusses the temple’s significance for India’s cultural awakening, the goal of a ‘Viksit Bharat’ (Developed India) by 2047, and the need to shed a colonial mentality inherited from the past. PM Modi stated, ‘This religious flag is not just a flag, it is the flag of the resurgence of Indian civilization’. The address also noted that since the temple’s consecration, approximately 45 crore devotees have visited. The speech highlights the development of Ayodhya and calls for national unity inspired by the ideals of Lord Ram.
