He credited the 2020 Bodo Peace Accord for bringing lasting peace to the area, contrasting it with Congress’s "paper agreements." Modi urged voters to "punish Congress severely" in upcoming elections, stating that Assam’s message would resonate across India. He lauded Chief Minister Hemant Biswa Sarma’s leadership in the anti-infiltration campaign and the region’s transformation from violence to development.
