Millions around the world unrolled their yoga mats today to mark the 10th International Day of Yoga. People are performing yoga in groups across cities as this year’s theme, ‘Yoga for Self and Society,’ underscores the practice’s ability to promote well-being on both personal and communal levels. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lead the celebrations from Srinagar while cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Mysore, Chandigarh, and other locations also mark the event.
