In Delhi, Union Minister Piyush Goyal highlighted India’s strong economic growth and its role in shaping global partnerships.
He said India grew 7.8% last quarter, and 6.6% is expected this year, making it one of the fastest-growing large economies in the world.
Goyal mentioned that India has signed Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) with several developed countries and is in active talks with the USA, EU, Chile, Peru, New Zealand, Oman, and Brazil to expand trade.
He added that Brazil’s leaders, including the Vice President and Defence Minister, are engaging with India, showing increasing global interest in India’s growth and opportunities for investment.
