Counting wrapped up on March 13 (Friday) for Panaji’s 30-ward Corporation of the City of Panaji (CCP) elections at Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Stadium, started at 8:00 am after smooth March 11 (Wednesday) polling. BJP’s ‘Babush’ Monserrate panel demolished Utpal Parrikar’s ‘Ami Panjekar’, securing a whopping 27 wards in a massive victory.
