Pakistani-Canadian terrorist Tahawwur Hussain Rana has been produced before a special NIA judge at Patiala House Court in Delhi. The NIA is seeking maximum custody of 30 days for Rana, who is accused of providing logistical and financial support for the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks. The court proceedings are in-camera, with senior advocate Dayan Krishnan leading the prosecution. Rana’s lawyer, appointed by Delhi State Legal Services Authority, has had limited time to prepare a defense strategy.
