In a massive success, the Special Cell of the Delhi Police has arrested more than three terror suspects, who were associated with Pakistani spy agency Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), said officials on Sunday. The suspects, who are residents of north India, were linked with ISI associated terrorist Shehzad Bhatti.
