Opposition's 'Atom Bomb' Threat: Rahul Gandhi Alleges 2024 Lok Sabha Elections Were Rigged

A war of words has erupted between the opposition and the Election Commission over the 2024 general elections. The Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha has alleged the polls were rigged, stating, "Jo hamein mila hai woh atom bomb hai." He claimed that in one constituency, 1.5 lakh out of 6.5 lakh voters were fake and that Modi would not be prime minister if 10 to 15 seats were not rigged. In response, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh challenged Rahul Gandhi to detonate the so-called atom bomb of evidence. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge accused the Election Commission of being a "puppet of Modi Ji." The controversy deepened with RJD’s Tejashwi Yadav claiming his name was missing from Bihar’s voter list, a claim the Election Commission fact-checked and denied. These allegations have put the electoral system under intense scrutiny.
