The Election Commission has questioned the opposition regarding the Bihar electoral roll. The poll body stated that 12 days have passed since the new Bihar list was published on August 1st, but no political party has lodged an official complaint. The Election Commission is asking, "All fire and fury, but where is the proof?" It reiterated that no eligible elector will be left out and no ineligible person will be included in the final electoral roll of Bihar. The Commission urged parties to submit claims and objections to rectify errors in the draft electoral roll published on August 1st. So far, till August 12th, not a single claim or objection has been submitted by any political party. Tejashwi Yadav of the RJD responded, stating, "ye toh ek ek puri tariqe se ek saryant hai Bhajpa ka". He mentioned voters’ names being cut, lack of documents, and people outside Bihar.
