Following Operation Sindoor on May 2nd, Pakistan’s National Security Advisor and ISI Chief attempted to contact India’s NSA Ajit Doval. India retaliated against Pakistani escalations, inflicting heavy damage on airbases across Pakistan, including Rawalpindi and Lahore. The Indian forces also destroyed air defense systems and responded forcefully along the Line of Control. After sustaining significant losses, Pakistan agreed to a ceasefire on India’s terms.
