North Korea’s Workers’ Party started its 10th plenary meeting with leader Kim Jong Un, state media reported. The meeting started on June 28, and "is to review the work done in the first half of the year and discuss and decide a series of important immediate issues," the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) said in a short dispatch early Saturday.The official report did not provide details of the meeting’s content, only adding that five items are on the agenda.
