According to sources, Nitish Kumar will maintain his political base in Patna and will only visit Delhi during Parliament sessions. There has been no discussion yet regarding Nitish Kumar’s inclusion in the Union Cabinet. The delay is attributed to Rajya Sabha elections scheduled for April 16, with five seats available and six candidates in the race, making voting inevitable. The power transfer in Bihar is expected to occur after the Parliament session concludes and once Nitish Kumar takes oath as a Rajya Sabha member.
