Bihar Election 2025 News Live: Campaigning for the second and final phase of Bihar Assembly elections ended on Sunday, capping a month-long slugfest marked by sharp exchanges and high-voltage rallies. The first phase, held on November 6, saw a record 65 per cent turnout across 121 seats. The remaining 122 constituencies will vote on November 11, with counting on November 14. On the final day, top leaders, including Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, made their last pitches as both NDA and Mahagathbandhan alliances fought to sway undecided voters.
