An undercover investigation finds that fertilisers like NPK and ammonium nitrate, mining explosives, and fuel oil are being sold without IDs or record-keeping, highlighting a severe lapse in oversight. These are the same types of materials allegedly used in the deadly November 10 Red Fort blast. Defence Analyst Major General Sanjay Meston states, ‘This is a wake up call for the whole of nation. Common citizen also has a role in national security’. The programme features analysis from experts including former Special Director of the Intelligence Bureau, Yashwardhan Azad, and Dr. Tara Kartha, Director, Research and Academics, at the Centre for Land Warfare Studies, on the failure of enforcement and the urgent need for regulation and community vigilance to prevent future attacks.
