A powerful explosion ripped through a Hyundai i20 near Delhi’s Red Fort Metro Station at around 6.50 pm on Monday, killing 13 people and injuring 20 others. The explosion took place in a slow-moving car that had stopped at a red light just outside the Red Fort metro station. The Union Cabinet on Wednesday officially classified the blast as a “terrorist act” carried out by “anti-national elements.”
