Several Opposition MPs disrupted proceedings in the Lok Sabha on Wednesday, hurling paper balls and chits towards Union Home Minister Amit Shah as he proposed that the three controversial bills on the removal of arrested Prime Ministers, Chief Ministers and ministers. The government has now referred the bills to the Parliamentary Commission for discussion.
