Prime Minister Narendra Modi began his address in Madhya Pradesh’s Dhar, with reverence to the divine. He paid respects to Goddess Narmada and Goddess Vagdevi, the deity of wisdom and knowledge, and offered salutations to Lord Vishwakarma on his birth anniversary.
