Namaste America LIVE: Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal Gets Bail In Liquor Gate Case, Walks Out Of Jail
The Supreme Court has granted bail to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the alleged liquor policy scam case. The court delivered two separate verdicts, one each on Kejriwal’s bail plea and on his arrest by the CBI. While Justice Surya Kant held Kejriwal’s CBI arrest valid, Justice Ujjal Bhuyan called it ‘unjustified’. However, both the judges set the Delhi High Court order upholding Kejriwal’s arrest aside and granted him bail.
