Violence erupted in Nagpur on Monday night between two groups, leading to vandalism and arson. Several police personnel were injured. Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis called it a pre-planned conspiracy. Eyewitnesses report a mob armed with swords, stones, and petrol bombs attacked police and vandalised property. The incident followed protests over Aurangzeb’s tomb. Police are investigating over 100 suspicious social media accounts.
