Murshidabad Riots: Bengal BJP Demands DGP Meeting On Violence, Brings 11 Victims To Police HQ

The Bengal BJP, led by state president Sukanta Majumdar, has brought 11 victims of the Murshidabad violence to the West Bengal Police Headquarters in Kolkata. They are seeking a meeting with DGP Rajeev Kumar to present the victims’ accounts of the violence. The BJP alleges targeted attacks on Hindus, while Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee claims the involvement of outsiders from Bangladesh. The situation remains tense as the BJP delegation waits outside the locked police headquarters.
