On June 27, Zariwala had fasted for a puja and later consumed stale fried rice. She received an anti-aging injection at home the same day. After feeling unwell, she self-medicated without consulting a doctor. Her condition worsened rapidly, leading to collapse by 10:30 PM. Despite being rushed to the hospital, she was declared brought dead at 10:45 PM. Police recovered CCTV footage and boxes of medications, including injections and vitamin C tablets, without valid prescriptions. Initial findings suggest a sudden drop in blood pressure possibly triggered cardiac arrest.
