Mumbai receives its second international airport and a new, fully underground metro line, major infrastructure developments aimed at enhancing connectivity. The new airport is positioned to establish the region as one of Asia’s largest connectivity hubs. The underground metro, constructed in the busy city while ensuring the safety of historical buildings, is described as a ‘living symbol of a developing India’. New programmes were also launched for hundreds of ITIs and technical schools in Maharashtra to provide training in drone technology, robotics, and green energy. A tribute was paid to the late leader Diba Patil for his service to farmers and society. The speaker stated, "Today the whole country is involved in the realization of the ideal of developed India."
