A week after the April 22nd carnage in Pahalgam, Indian Armed Forces have intensified their search for the terrorists responsible. Anti-fedayeen squads and specialized teams are conducting coordinated operations in South Kashmir, focusing on areas like Anantnag, Pulwama, Shopia, and Kulga. The security forces are facing challenges due to the vast terrain and natural cave-like hideouts. Out of 140 operatives in Jammu and Kashmir, 70 are based in Kashmir, with 14 local operatives allegedly aiding the terrorists.
