A shocking incident of sexual assault from Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, was caught on a CCTV camera. The footage shows a man, identified as Adil Saifi, grabbing and groping a burqa-clad woman on the street. Following the incident, the accused was injured and apprehended in a police encounter after he allegedly opened fire on the police team. In his statement from a hospital bed, Saifi confessed to the crime. According to Moradabad SP Ranvijay Singh, this may not be his first offence: "We have come across some other videos where he had been doing the same act earlier also… But I think he was in habit of doing it." An FIR has been lodged, and police have stated that legal action is being pursued. The accused worked as a nursing staffer in a private hospital.
