Prime Minister Narendra Modi met Pope Francis on Friday at the Outreach Session of the G7 Summit, which is underway in Apulia, Italy. He hugged the Pope and briefly greeted him. The Prime Minister is likely to have a separate meeting with the Pope on the sidelines of the summit.
