The plan includes a phased withdrawal of Israeli troops if Hamas releases hostages, provides amnesty for fighters who disarm, and ensures aid supply and the reconstruction of Gaza. President Trump also assured that there would be no annexation of the West Bank. Several Islamic nations have welcomed the plan, but its implementation is contingent on Hamas releasing the hostages.
