Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, made a rare public appearance in Tehran, addressing not only Israel but the world, and calling upon Muslims to unite. He warned that Israel’s response to Iran’s missile strikes might come, but that doesn’t mean Iran is done yet. The streets of Tehran were flooded with people, and every corner of the mosque was plastered with posters of the Hezbollah chief and Hamas leader. Khamenei also justified the October 7 Hamas attack on Israel, and issued a direct warning to Israel.
