In Maharashtra, less than an hour from Chhatrapati Shambhaji Nagar, lies an isolated village surrounded by three rivers. The village, Bhivdhanora, has no transportation infrastructure, leaving residents to rely on makeshift rafts for basic services. As state assembly elections approach, questions arise about the political representation of these villagers.
