The plea seeks to restrain Ajit Pawar’s faction from using the symbol in the upcoming Maharashtra assembly elections. The case was mentioned before the Supreme Court, with a request for an early listing. The court has scheduled a hearing for the day after tomorrow. The court has also asked Sharad Pawar’s faction to identify any violations of previous court orders by Ajit Pawar’s faction.
