The ‘X’ account of Maharashtra’s Deputy Chief Minister, Eknath Shinde, was targeted by hackers. The unidentified individuals posted images of the flags of Pakistan and Turkey on the account, which has a following of 1.1 million. The account was compromised for approximately 45 minutes before being restored. The probe is currently ongoing to determine the source and motive behind the cyberattack.
