On Monday, that is tomorrow, Prime Minister Narendra Modi would land in Itanagar, the capital of India’s sunrise state -Arunachal Pradesh – to launch 13 projects worth over Rs 5,000 crores. He would then travel to Tripura to inaugurate the redeveloped Mata Tripurasundari temple complex. This is his second visit to the north east this month, underscoring how seriously he takes the region. And how assiduously he is working to bring that part of India into the national mainstream. The projects span infrastructure, national security, energy, and ease of living for our brothers and sisters in Arunachal Pradesh.
