Longer Walks May Boost Heart Health And Longevity, New Study Shows | GRAVITAS

A groundbreaking study published in the Annals of Internal Medicine reveals that people who take longer, continuous walks may enjoy significantly better health outcomes than those who walk in short bursts throughout the day. Tracking 34,000 participants over 10 years, researchers found that walking 15 minutes or longer reduced the risk of death from any cause by 80% and lowered the risk of cardiovascular disease by nearly 70%.
