The debate on Operation Sindoor will begin in the Lok Sabha after the paper is laid at 12 o’clock tomorrow. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will begin the debate on behalf of the government.
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh is all set to speak on Operation Sindoor in the Lok Sabha tomorrow, July 28, with full preparation! He’s expected to initiate a 16-hour debate on the operation, which will also involve Prime Minister Narendra Modi intervening in the discussion.
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has held several meetings with CDS Gen Anil Chauhan, Defence secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh and three service chiefs to prepare the government’s response on Operation Sindoor. The government will present its case with full aggression during the discussion.
The opposition has been demanding a discussion on Operation Sindoor, with Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge questioning the government’s handling of the situation. The Business Advisory Committee has allocated time for the discussion, which is likely to take place next week, given Prime Minister Modi’s upcoming foreign tour.
