According to officials, Tahseen, a resident of Rajkot, is a close friend of Rajesh, the prime accused who carried out the attack on the Delhi Chief Minister. Investigations revealed that Tahseen had transferred Rs 2,000 to Rajesh prior to the incident.
The investigation revealed that the prime accused initially considered targeting the Supreme Court, but dropped the plan due to tight security and turned his attention to the Chief Minister’s residence.
