LIVE: Pakistan Attack On Army Post In J&K’s Baramulla Foiled, Soldier Killed | Jammu & Kashmir News
A major infiltration attempt and Border Action Team (BAT) strike by terrorists along the Line of Control (LoC) near Tikka Post in the Uri sector of Baramulla district was foiled by alert Indian Army troops during the intervening nights of August 12 and 13.
The attack, carried out in the Area of Responsibility (AOR) of 16 Sikh LI (09 Bihar Advance Party) and under the jurisdiction of Police Station Uri, led to the martyrdom of two Indian Army soldiers.
