Rappers Jay-Z and Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs were named in a new civil lawsuit for sexually assaulting and raping a 13-year-old girl in 2000. According to a report on NBC News, the lawsuit was initially filed in October in New York with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs as the defendant. It was refiled on Sunday with the inclusion of Jay-Z’s name, whose full name is Shawn Carter.
