On the fourth day of a curfew in Leh, the funerals for two of four youths killed during violent clashes are taking place under a massive security deployment. All entry and exit routes in the area have been sealed by law enforcers to prevent any untoward incidents. The administration views the day as critical for restoring normalcy.
