The Kolkata Police has filed a 658-page charge sheet in the South Calcutta Law College rape case against four arrested accused. The primary accused is suspended Trinamool Congress leader Monojit Mishra. The charge sheet, filed under sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and the Information Technology Act, contains significant evidence against the accused. This includes video footage of the crime recovered from the accused’s mobile phones during forensic examination and CCTV footage capturing their activities before, during, and after the incident.
