In a sharp political escalation from Mysuru, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of “murdering the constitution.” During a convention, Kharge alleged that the BJP and RSS intend to change the Samvidhan, asserting that the Congress party would prevent it. In response, the BJP condemned the Congress for what it termed as repeated insults towards an OBC Prime Minister and the President. The BJP also stated that Rahul Gandhi’s ‘Mohabbat ki Dukan’ deliberately excludes backward communities and labelled the Congress as a party of ‘Parivarwad’ that is fundamentally anti-poor.
