With just a few days left for the Assembly polls in Kerala, Opposition leader VD Satheesan on Friday released the United Democratic Front (UDF)’s election manifesto in Kochi, promising a “5+1 guarantee” to expand welfare programmes and support youth. Revanth Reddy, Chief Minister of Telangana, attended the event as the chief guest. The UDF in poll manifesto promised free travel for all women on Kerala state transport buses.
