In the Lok Sabha, BJP MP Anurag Thakur said that one state in India has become a place where leaders are speaking against Sanatan Dharma. He said people had to go to court just to enter a temple.
He mentioned that the Madurai bench of the Madras High Court criticized the Tamil Nadu government for not following its order to light the Karthigai Deepam lamp at the Thiruparankundram temple.
Anurag Thakur also said that Hindus are being stopped and even lathi-charged, and he asked why this is happening.
