In a bid to project unity amid reports of a power tussle, Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar hosted Chief Minister Siddaramaiah for a breakfast meeting at his residence. Dubbed ‘Truce Talks 2.0’, the meeting featured ‘Naati Chicken’, idli, and dosa on the menu. Speaking on the occasion, D.K. Shivakumar stated, ‘It’s just reciprocal, that’s all, nothing else.’ The meeting follows a similar engagement at the Chief Minister’s residence on Saturday, as suggested by the Congress High Command to resolve internal differences.
