Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi, KC Venugopal and Randeep Surjewala are expected to finalise a strategy, with Priyanka Gandhi likely to join as well. Only after this first round will Siddaramaiah and DK Shivakumar be called in for separate talks, possibly in Delhi tomorrow. The leadership is under pressure to settle the crisis before the Parliament session and the Karnataka Assembly session begin.
